Veterinary Surgeon

Neil MRCVS

Neil qualified as a vet in 1985 from the University of Pretoria in South Africa where he worked with animals ranging from cats and dogs to baboons. He came to the UK in 1990 working in practices across Berkshire, Birmingham and Kent, and spent a year working in New Zealand before finally moving to Pinebank in 2007.

Neil is a sports fan and enjoys watching cricket, golf and rugby.

Abby RVN

Abby qualified as a Veterinary Nurse from the Royal Veterinary College in 2018 before completing her 4th year to earn her BSc in 2019.

She initially worked in a 24 hour veterinary hospital where she developed an interest in emergency care and surgery before joining DNA at our sister practice Manor Vets in May 2022.

Outside of work Abby likes to spend time with her FIV rescue cat Captain Frank, and on Sundays can often be found on a rugby pitch playing for her childhood team Beckenham Ladies.

Jemma RVN

Jemma began her vet nursing career in 2009, initially working as a kennel assistant at a practice in London. She knew immediately that she wanted to become a nurse qualifying as a registered veterinary nurse in 2011.
Jemma has spent some time abroad working at some neutering clinics in both Greece and Croatia, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Jemma enjoys all aspects of nursing from theatre nursing , to administration to patient care, but in particular she enjoys the personal interactions with our wonderful clients and their pets.
Jemma in her spare time loves to socialise with her family and friends, enjoys travelling and watching her favourite football team Chelsea FC.

Stacey

Stacey started work in the Veterinary world in 1992 and she qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1999. Shortly afterwards she became Head nurse in a very busy high level orthopaedic referral practice. After 10 years she became practice manager and oversaw the entire running of the hospital. In 2018 Stacey undertook the Certificate in Practice Management and joined us at DNA in 2019.

Stacey has always had a massive passion for any size of animal from hamsters to horses! She has quite often taken pets that need a home during a day at work and has a rescue cat called Neville & a crazy staffie called Dennis.
